There r so many ways 2 make a positive & lasting difference in ur own life & in the world around u. Which of these will u choose 2 pursue on this day that is filled with opportunity? Take a deep breath of fresh air & feel ur body fill with the energy of being alive. Hold ur head high & put a smile on ur face. Though troubles surround u they cannot defeat u.
