Think of a happy time and u r happy. The world will often attempt 2 drag u down and when it does, summon the power of ur happiness. Think of the best moments u have ever known. They r still with u. And there r many more 2 come. Joy is more than the pleasure of the moment. It is an affirmation that life is very much worth living. It may sometimes get covered up, but it never has 2 go away. Keep it with u and add 2 it all that YOU can.
