Watch the shadows change as the sun rises in the east and works its way across the sky each day. Feel the wind against ur face as it grows cooler and then warm. Take the time 2 listen, 2 know, 2 love those around u. What a beautiful gift is all of creation and the awareness that YOU have of it. Drink in every particle. (and I don't mean alcohol LOL)
